SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once the shipping carrier has them. Please make sure to double check your physical and email address before placing all orders. If an item is lost or stolen, please file a claim with your shipping carrier. All items include a tracking number, the customer is responsible for tracking their own items.
RETURN POLICY
Your 100% satisfaction is important for Design by Winston. Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges for any reason.
Once an order is place, it is final.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if your items are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item or are missing an item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
